Consultation / Bar Manager – Began development and planning Lucille with a small team including the owners, designers, and Senior Management in November 2015. Hired and trained entire team before and during Lucille opening. Once restaurant opened, my responsibilities included but not limited to establishing/maintaining the schedule via Hotschedules, developing initial batching procedures, maintained weekly physical inventory and invoices via CTUIT sight counting, and leading the bar team from behind the pine 4-5 days a week.
